Critical Incident Stress Training

OCI interpreters undergo mandatory training in Critical Incident Stress and various 911 Dispatch training. It is our thinking , that with all our combined trainings and the skill sets acquired to competently exist in the environments that emergency service and healthcare professionals experience on a daily basis, the OCI interpreter distinguishes us from all other language service companies.
