Werner Chaplin Named New COO

Werner Chaplin has joined OCI as the new Chief of Operations Officer.  Mr. Chaplin brings 30 years of corporate management and finance experience to OCI.  Mr. Chaplin is a US Army veteran who holds both a BA and BBA degree from University of Texas, EP and MBA from Webster Univ.  Mr. Chaplin earned professional international certification through FCIB (Executives in Finance, Credit and International Business).

Prior to joining OCI, Mr. Chaplin held the post of Division Credit Administration Manager at A. O. Smith Water Products Co. A Texas resident for 35 years, Mr. Chaplin now resides in Fairview, Tennessee with his wife while his two children are in college. Heavily involved in his church, Mr. Chaplin sings as one way to express his spirituality, while at home, he enjoys the careful art of woodworking.

Hired directly and accountable only to the CEO, Mr. Chaplin assumes responsibility for the day to day business and overall administrative operations. This includes personnel and fiscal management, delivery of services and interpreter training.
