About Us

Who We Are

At OCI, we don't see barriers, we see opportunities for empowerment.
At        , we don’t see barriers, we see opportunities for empowerment.

At OCI, we appreciate the impact we have on people's lives. That's why we passionately embrace a moral responsibility that goes beyond language services. A responsibility that allows us to provide access to our communities while maintaining strict adherence to the Codes of Professional Conduct and Ethics.

We have worked with over 900 interpreters and have staffed nearly fifty administrative personnel. OCI interpreters are located throughout the United States, mostly located in the southeast, all interpreting for hospitals, social services, courts, businesses to non-profit organizations, municipal, state, and federal agencies. Despite previous background, we all are trained on the primary role we have worked very hard to develop and maintain, that is the role of the interpreter or translator.

Finally, we are a hub of trained interpreters relaying messages, brokering culture and understanding, and advocating for you and the very reason why we exist, the communities that are limited in English proficiency.
